thought I had a positive experience with the Finance Department at Lincoln of Troy only to find out their practices are fraudulent! Buyer beware!!! Do not buy the "Maintenance (Oil Change) Plan" from this place. They don"t disclose that they get a kick back of $100 and if by chance you have to cancel, due to the total loss of a vehicle due to an accident, they take another $100 cut of any refund. I usually don't buy these kind of plans but I was lead to believe that this was an agreement between the dealership and me not an outside entity. Kellie Shaw neglected to provide me with the terms and conditions of the plan at the time of purchase. It took me 3 months to get any refund at all for a plan that was only used twice. Kellie did not follow-up. Calls were returned via email, in my opinion, this was because she did not want to talk to me and answer my questions. Very unprofessional! I had to call/email her every couple weeks for updates without any conversation. When you pay $70,000 for a car you expect a professional response. Glad I decided not to purchase another Lincoln (although I loved the car) when I replaced my totaled Lincoln. I decided Cadillac offered the better response, professionalism and service for my needs. This place is defiantly not customer oriented, it clearly is focused on their bottom line!!!
