I came in Monday afternoon about 2:00 pm, explained my concerns and offered to leave the car overnight if needed. I received an explanation of the expected costs and was given a ride home by the dealer's shuttle service. I was called and texted regarding the status of the service progress and was eventually notified that the car was ready and was asked if I needed to be picked up by the shuttle. Overall a very simple and painless process.
