Poor customer service

Multiple issues with my service at Dean Sellers. Parts that were broken was not replaced. Car was extremely dirty upon return. Did not tell me that all service couldn't be completed in one day and vehicle needed to come back only after I arrived to pick up the vehicle. Service manager offered no solutions only said I can just listen to your issue. Need to go to another dealer to fix same issue.
