Williams Kia

Bought a brand new kia last March now get constant never ending trash mail and e-mail from them, apparently they still have an approved loan for me and keep trying to get me to buy another vehicle, i have called 6 times, stopped in 5 times, trying to get it to stop, im talking about 3 to 5 regualr mails a week and 6 to 12 emails a week, its been every week for over a year now, i have been told by their manager its my problem i should not have bought A car from them and they refuse to stop the harassing mails, another mistake i made was taking car into williams for the oil change, also get multiple letters and emails from service dept as well. My brother has purchased several kias from a dealer in Grand rapids and has no harassment at all, be smart do not buy from a williams dealership, trust me they will just bother the heck out of you
