No transparency in pricing (purchase a new car)

No transparency in pricing. They want customer to come in person, so they would show rebates as if customer would qualify and make them visit and then tell the truth during closing that they don't qualify. That's like fraud or cheating to me in making customer close the deal with what they offer at the end.
