While I was sitting in my car at Meijer, a cart pusher accidentally hit my vehicle while moving the grocery carts. I immediately informed the store's management, and two managers came outside to assess the damage. Afterward, I went straight to the Honda dealership for a repair estimate. At the body shop, Patrick inspected the damage, provided a quote, and answered all of my questions. He even pointed out areas of damage I hadn’t noticed. The next day, I returned with more questions, and two body shop staff members came out to my car, providing reassurance and explaining how the repairs would be handled. Their professionalism convinced me that this was the right place to get the repairs done. Although Meijer requested another estimate, they ultimately accepted Honda’s quote. Cawood Honda’s body shop did an excellent job, and I couldn’t be happier with the results!
