When I arrived there was a car blocking my entry, within minutes it was removed and my service began. Everyone I encountered was pleasant and courteous. I waited less than an hour and all points of my inspection were reviewed with me. When I go to Cawood I always feel like I’m treated like a customer and not “talked down to” because I’m female. (I never asked for a quote because I knew what an oil change might cost me.)
