A couple issues, but resolved quickly efficiently. Set up appointment via email - never received confirmation, so called next day, was told the system doesn’t always work, but moved appointment time to be more convenient for me. Was told an hour to complete upon arrival - done in 45 minutes. Very polite, efficient.
