After being detailed, my nine year-old Hyundai Sonata looked - and smelled - almost new. All of the corners and crevasses, often misses in many cleanings, were well cleaned, and the engine compartment was pristine. Johnny did a great job. I was disturbed, however, to notice when I took delivery that a console compartment cover latch had been broken during the cleaning, a small problem but one of which I had not been notified. In the end this minor glitch turned out to be only a very minor annoyance; as the department manager, Rob, efficiently took care of the situation. All ended well
