I would like to thank Paul for fitting us in, even without a appointment. After several attempts calling to make appointment, with no answer from the service department the office personal said we could just drive in because all we needed was a oil change. Then when my husband got there was rudely told we DO need appointment with him! Well maybe if someone would answer the phone n service department, we would make one! Hopefully, we will get an answer next time.
