Recently, the power steering on my 2000 Honda Odyssey started to deteriorate. I had reasonable idea of what was causing the problem, because the weekend prior to having the repair done at Cawood, during an oil change at another garage, I was informed my power steering container was almost empty. While it was being refilled, the mechanic could see it leaking out of the high pressure hose, coming out of the power steering pump. I was told I needed to replace this hose by the oil change place and then I called Cawood on Monday morning to book the repair. Cawood said they could order the part and have it by Thursday, and also they could have the repair done no later than 10:30 am Friday morning. The cost of the repair was reasonable, and the job was done sooner than 10:30 am last Friday morning. No more leaks of power steering fluid are appearing on my driveway and the quality and ease of steering on my very old Honda Odyssey has now been successfully restored, thanks to Cawood!
