Very Unhappy

It was not a pleasant visit to your service department last Friday. I saw very few smiles and was treated with indifference. I asked to have my tires inflated to the correct psi. so the tire would go off. This cost 114.00 dollars! I was not consulted before hand. Or was any explanation given. Just the bill. I can not afford your service depart. I will have to take care elsewhere. Steven C Kennedy
