Feldman Chevrolet of New Hudson

I'm a customer at the livonia Feldman Chevrolet dealer. My truck was rear ended when I was stopped at a red light. I took my truck to the dealer to have the repair done, they sent my truck to New Hudson because thats where the insurance work is to be done i guess. The FIRST time my truck was returned the bumper was crooked and off center and still twisted on the drivers side and pushed down. Sent the truck back !!! The SECOND time my truck was ready the bumper was still not fixed correctly !!! Finally after two weeks and two new bumpers the truck was fixed, the repair was acceptable but still not perfect. When I send my truck to the dealership for repairs I expect for it to be as new. I will not be sending my truck to this dealer for any future repairs. How do you send a customers vechile back when its not right ? doesnt anyone inspect the repair before its sent back to the customer ???
