friendly, discussed everything I needed to repair my Ford Explorer. Everyone was so kind there. They explained anything I wasn't sure about without talking down to me. I really appreciated that! I love being able to drive it again. and- they had it all in writing with the list of all what was corrected and replaced! I'm glad I went to them!
