Everyone was extremely accommodating and helpful. Bill checked in with me multiple times during the purchase process and after. No one was pushy or rude. Any questions I had they were answered promptly and professionally by all members of the team I dealt with. I left confident with my purchase and with the ability to contact anyone with questions or issues I came across after purchase.
