Have been working with Jason, Susanne and some of the other guys for years. I am pleased that they even call me by name when I come in. I just worked with Kevin on a lifetime warranty A/C issue with no problems at all. It seems though that they could use help from the manufacturer in getting these warranties approved quicker!
