Oil change, and tire rotation

onI was a little disappointed this time, because when I was called to the counter that the work was done, I was informed that they did the oil change, but not the tire rotation because they did not have the item to unlock the Lugnuts. Well, it’s in the glove box, they didn’t even bother to ask. So when they said it was done without the tire rotation, I said well I’m here for that as well and I’m not waiting for another oil change to do that so they took it back in to do the work properly.
