My service writer, J.T., went over all my options for required service, as well as service options which were suggested, but not necessarily required, and the benefits of each. He also listened to the issues I had and made sure they were documented and addressed by the expert team of technicians. The services were completed to my complete satisfaction, as usual, and in a timely manner.
