I want the security of having the right parts and qualified personal of auto service / maintenance at the dealership, which is a given. My only complaint is the price of said services. No matter what I have done I always feel robbed because the price is so ridiculously high. I also want to told honestly what maintenance I need, not what should be done because it's on a list per mileage. If I don't truly need the work done than tell me, it's already a wallet buster for the service you absolutely need.
