unprofessional service person - kept way longer than necessary and newer model vehicle still has problems. I will not return to have work done as I have no faith in this service dept at all. Service person kept all communication short and indifferent and cut us off if we had any questions. Mind you, this was a major repair. Will not purchase a vehicle there either as the trust in the service area is as important to us as the sales.
