The service at Bob Maxey was fantastic. After a not so great previous experience, they went out of their way to make sure I was well taken care of and that all the issues with my car were thoroughly looked into. I was given a nice rental for the duration of my service time as well, which was incredibly helpful. My only complaint has to do with the poor defrost system installed in my current vehicle, which is certainly not Bob Maxey's fault. However, I'd love Ford Motor Company to know that I think they should be embarrassed that my 76 Pinto had a better defrost system than my 2015 Focus. Again, the management and staff in Bob Maxey's service department could not have done any more to ensure my satisfaction.
