Arrived at the shop for a oil change. I didn't make an appointment. Upon arrival I was greeted just as I exited my car. During the inspection the staff informed me of necessary parts and made several suggestion. It only took 45 minutes to conduct my small repairs. In and Out. And they coffee in the waiting room was great.
