Art is an excellent manager, facilitator, representative of Bob Maxey Ford, and representative of Ford Motor Company. He is friendly (in a professional way), courteous, and always tries to help solve problems as efficiently and cooperatively as possible. As I now move to Chicago, I'm going to miss the exemplary quality of service Art has taught me to expect from Ford Motor Company employees. I have no idea of where to go now to get the same treatment!)
