I purchased a 2015 Ford Explorer in December, and I brought the vehicle in for regular maintenance and to repair a broken passenger-side mirror. I did call ahead and the dealership ordered the part, so when I got there it did not take them long to do the service. The courtesy car dropped me off at my job and picked me up when the work was completed. Art was very helpful getting me in and out. I love the staff at Bob Maxey and I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks to the mechanics who do the work, they do a great job. This dealership treats you family. Bev Thomas
