Reception staff was welcoming and friendly. Arranged for shuttle transportation and kept me informed about estimated departure times. Transportation personnel were also friendly and familiar with the area I was being driven to. Customer service agents were very informative, prompt, thorough and friendly. The text messages I received throughout the day informing me of the progress of the repairs to my vehicle were great.
