onMy car was to have an oil change and tire rotation last evening. I sat in the Lounge with a pager waiting for the work to be completed. After some time went by, I noticed my car was parked outside, tire racks were brought inside, and nobody in the Service Area! Why wasn’t I notified? I was fortunate that a sales person helped me to make payment and get my car keys. I was very disappointed with the service personnel.
