Went twice in one day for an oil change. The first time is when they opened and I sat in my car for 10 minutes and after 10 after nine I left. Second time I showed up the same day at 3 o’clock sit in my car for a half an hour and called because didn’t know what else to do. Spoke to Krystal who by the way was very friendly and she explain to me the situation that when you are waiting it takes a half an hour for an oil change and there was a car in front of me so it was gonna be an hour . That’s when I should’ve left. But I stayed, talked to a really nice kid named Chase who had to be the bearer of bad news to tell me that the prices went up $30 for my last oil change and he really couldn’t explain why so another gentleman named Dylan refused to look at me just told Chase to tell me that because it’s inflation and I would just have to deal with it. I told Chase that I guess I’m stuck paying it. Tried calling to speak to a manager that was a joke no one answers. The confidence in this place has gone downhill but I spoke to another gentleman name KABE and he seem to know what he was doing . Very calm and very professional so all in all I’d rather go see him than any of the other people there
