Did not fix the issue

onDropped my GMC Terrain off and they got to work on it in a timely manner which I appreciate. What I do not appreciate is telling the advisor what I need fixed and it never happened. I picked my behicle up before closing and the rattle noise which I wanted fixed was as bad as it was when I dropped it off. I received 2 additional phone calls after she called with a price saying itd be another $120 during the day. I paid $1247 and my problem is not taken care of. I am very upset.
