All of the employees in the oil change area including the glass repair guys were great. Honestly, they were SO busy and all were keeping positive level attitudes about it. I got in line at 11am and waited 1 hour to pull in the bay, and then another hour for the oil change, tire rotation, glass repair. I was ok with this because I had the time. The waiting area was clean and I appreciated the hot cocoa/coffee bar. The inside staff was really nice to the other customers with different vehicle needs. I enjoyed talking to the nice customers in the waiting room too. One thing that bothered me was the line outside. That should really be watched. 2 bays and I watched 3 cars basically skip the line in front of me and another truck because we “chose the wrong bay line” One moving much quicker then the other. I wish there was 1 line and that vehicle goes to the next open bay.
