I scheduled an appointment to have my tires rotated and oil changed at 5:30. I got there at 5:20pm and didn’t go in until 5:50pm. I dont mind waiting however they were unable to rotate my tires as the tire guy left at 5:45pm. I was told it’s pointless to make an appointment because they are really only to let the business know how busy it will be. I was disappointed that the service I was promised in the appointment I was not guaranteed and it was not done in a timely manner.
