Oil Change Appointment

The service site allows you to schedule a time for an oil change which actually means NOTHING! Even if you schedule a time it’s still being treated as first come first serve. I showed up at 1:10 for my 1:15 appointment and didn’t actually get done until 2:50. They should remove this feature from there site or actually follow the reservations.
