Buying Perks/Agreements taken away after Purchase

Our $19.99 oil changes and carwashs for the lifetime of our Acadia ( that was purchased through them) was taken away, after months?? When you promise customers Perks, don't go back on those Perks! Horrible customer service...After buying two new vehicles from them, we will be taking all our future business elsewhere! Couldn't be more disappointed in a business...

Hello Wayne, because of the continued inflation in oil prices we’ve had to adjust ourselves and make some changes to our Platinum Rewards Program. We do understand how this can be frustrating but are doing our best to remain competitive in the always-changing market. Again, we are sorry to hear of your disappointment.
