Initial sales manager (Bobby) needs to be fired, he is extremely rude and disrespectful to potential customers, if it wasn't for a different sales manager when we returned the next day I would not have bought a vehicle at Todd Wenzel if you paid me to.... Chad and Brian saved the sale. Bobby should find a new profession.
