I had visited a few dealerships in my car search Friendly Honda is a large display room so you do not feel cramped and worry about hitting anther car when looking at the vehicles.The dealership is very clean and all the staff I meet were very pleasant and knowledgeable I received quick service from everyone Alyse Vasquez was my main sales person. She was very knowledgeable about the Honda CR-V and quickly got me the answers and prices I needed no haggling so delays no "I have to talk to my manager" I got what I needed to make my decisions. Alyse also gave me space and time to make a decision, she was not contacting me everyday. She did contact me several times but they were all appropriately timed and I did not feel and "sales Pressure" from her at all. I knew what was going on and could ask any follow-up questions in a very professional and comfortable setting. Alyse is a very competent sales person who is on top of her game she is very friendly and enthusiastic with out being over the top. Once I got the paperwork out of the way she walked me around the car showed me where all the features were and how to work them then proceeded to set up my key with all the settings I wanted to have. I was amazed how much technology is in the vehicle and all the setting options. Alyse knew it all by heart. She did such a good job I was able to go home and set up my wife's key. Super happy with my sales experience. Hall road is under construction right now but well worth the effort to get through that to have a sales person like Alyse.
