Don't know how to treat customers

onWent in after a service because noticed something hanging down under car. Was told there was a rip in heat shield so not a manufacturer defect. Service people and GM have no idea how to treat new customers. Service department was almost empty, so this is a good reason they can do everything quick. Would not trust the service department for anything
