McDonald Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

I have the VIP care so I understand that you have to check things out. I had a 2:00pm appointment for an oil change. Dropped my car off at 1:50pm. Was told it was going to be a 45 minute job. I was OK with that. My left and came back at 3:05. Car wasn't done until 3:15. What happened to 45 minutes? I'm glad with my back issues I didn't wait there. Great place to buy a vehicle but slow in the shop repair. This wasn't the first time this happened.
