Fernelius Toyota

I would never recommend buying a vehicle from Fernelius in the Sault. I bought an extended warranty and the Manager treated me like absolute garbage when I tried to get my car fixed..He smashed his hands down on the desk, told me I was an a**hole and to get out. Mind you I am pregnant woman who just wants what I paid for. I was absolutely traumatized and shaking. I tried everything just not to cry. I will never step foot into Fernelius in the Sault again. I don't recommend anyone ever buying a vehicle from them after how that Manager treated me. On the flip side, Cheboygan staff were absolutely wonderful and accommodating. They went above and beyond my expectations. Very pleased with Cheboygan staff. After the experience I had with the Manager in the Sault I am unable to give any great reviews below. As long as he is employed there I will never buy another vehicle from them.
