John Knapp, Kevin Clouse, Ryan Koetje, Mike McNalley, and Ian were all extremely nice, helpful, and did not make us feel pressured at all. We came in with what we thought was a dead battery, ended up trading our car for a new Rav4. The entire process was painless and very positive, although purchasing a car was not in our immediate plans. We felt very good driving away.
