DISHONEST UNPROFESSIONALS--RUN, RUN!

I hope you read this before you purchase your next car. These people were really nasty--after the deal was done, of course! Gave promises he never intended to keep. Unbelievable experience. Salesman Eric Parks promised another remote key, even if the cost came out of his pocket. He said he knows they're over $200 but wanted to make me a happy customer, so he promised to do it for us. When my husband went to pick up the key, it was just a regular key to open the door. Eric Parks said he never said he'd get the remote key. He lied. He swore at my husband too. Not professional. His "sales manager" backed him up. So whatever the salesman tells his sales manager he told us, his manager believes him. Very unprofessional people. Will say whatever to make the sale.

Sorry Eric I believe the consumer who wrote your review. I will be writing my own review in the next day or two. They are dishonest Run Run Run somewhere else.

a key was promised to these customers ......... this key starts and opens the car they said it only opens doors...... these customers left the dealership and went to krug and came back to me the same day!!!!! They knew exactly what they wer getting into... these customers beat us up, down to nothing... Why did they come back after shopping all day??? We had the best deal.................. we have been in business for several years .. you wouldn't be in biz for long if you lie to customers... anyone who mentions this ad and comes to brighton ford and buys a car gets an additional 250 off.... these folks were promised a key, as they wer given one... come see us we are great people we will take care of you..... No matter how hard you tryyou know there's just some people you just can't satisfy very truly yours, Eric Park

Eric is getting known all over Central Michigan for his dishonest car salesmanship. He harasses his former company, constantly flagging and reporting all sorts of trivial things to try and get even with us- we fired him for questionable dealings. I had a similar problem when Eric works for my company. Say whatever you want Eric, this behavior sounds exactly like something you would do. Promise the world to a customer, make sure you get your portion, and then figure whatever lies you told you can let your superiors handle them for you. I don't have anything bad to say about the Ford Dealership you work for, other than they hired YOU. I feel bad for the boss that was forced to cover for such a dishonest man. RUN RUN RUN from ERIC PARK!!!
