We made a deal on last day of July (before MA tax hike) to buy the Sienna XLE. The model I wanted was not in stock, so they had to special order it. They called me a week later to let me know they found the Van and it will be here by 8/24. I called one week before the promised delivery date to find out the status. First they told me they weren't getting money from the CARS program, so they want more money from my deal ($1000 more). I said NO, of course. Then they tried to squeeze $500 from me, no way. I told them to refund me if they can't honor their own contract (I could have sued them). After all these lies, I had enough of them. I got my money back and I won't buy any car from them. I will tell my bad experience to others.
