The sales representative provided an excellent experience, engaging in a thorough discussion to finalize the price. We were then introduced to the finance manager, who was initially very pleasant and accommodating. However, when we declined the offer for an extended warranty—confident in Honda’s reliability after owning six cars—the finance manager's demeanor changed abruptly. He became noticeably rude, offering curt responses and displaying a blunt attitude. While we understand that commission might be a factor, it should not justify such unprofessional behavior. Given the time already invested, we chose to proceed with the purchase rather than cancel.
