On our first trip to this dealer we were told to visit their website when we asked for information, we went back later and came to a decent deal on a vehicle. We decided to sleep on it and when we returned we had to start from scratch as we were told that the deal we thought we had was only our idea and never approved, despite a phone conversation reiterating the terms of the agreement prior to our return. The deal suddenly turned into a "take it or leave it deal" and since we missed it the price was now $5,000.00 higher. In addition, the salesperson attempted to raise the price of a used vehicle advertised ontheir website by $2,000.00. Thank goodness I had printed out the ad. Be very careful if you choose to do business here. They have no respect for Edmunds.com, telling me that Edmunds is not accurate and only they undestand the car market. I was so turned off we changed our mind about Honda completely and are now looking at Toyota's.
