Bertera Chevrolet
Dealership Sales Review
Had a bad experience with the dealership today Bertera Chevrolet had listed a 2010 Jeep for $14,800 (+/-) although it was on the higher retail side my daughter was still interested so we go to purchase it, only to be told after the test drive, and returning back into the dealership that the listed price was supposedly a (WHOLESALE PRICING) yet according to KBB blue book value the $14,877 was a "fair" higher retail price showing it valued between 12,000-14,988. The Sales person stated that I (we) need to pay an additional $2150.00 now; being the actual retail price is $17,027... despite the fact the advertised price that brought me to the dealership being $14,877 even more concerning is I received a pricing guarantee of $14.577.00 through Edmund for the exact vehicle. as well as an email from Bertera Chevrolet.-Rachael Lebel confirming the price at $14,577.00. Clearly the dealership is dishonest with its pricing practices and anyone crazy enough to think about purchasing a vehicle from Bertera Chevrolet. should do their homework and know what the vehicle is really worth, compared to their advertising price and watch out for Bertera Chevrolet pricing scams after you get there
