Coastal Nissan

There is a longer review on Coastal Nissan Facebook page. I purchased a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee at Coastal Nissan in Cohasset 2 weeks ago. Lance Ward, senior salesperson, was affable, knowledgeable, and kind. He was concise and clear in information that he needed to convey. I felt completely heard, not pressured, and options were revealed in a way that informed my ultimate decision. This experience felt more like a collaboration and in the end Im left with a Jeep that I chose just for me and not for hockey bags and car seats😊(though I miss those days). As an aside, months ago I had decided to pursue working with Lance Ward and Coastal Cohasset because of all of the interactions I could hear each time I sat in the waiting room for a sticker or an oil change on family cars. What I heard from Lance Ward, when on his phone, talking with co workers or greeting potential customers walking in, was positive regard for others. He is a man who checks in with another, asking questions about their lives. I decided that when the time was right, that’s the kind of salesperson that I’d like to work with.
