Reliable Service and Positive Experience

Service at Lia is reliable and fast. My service rep Desiree Frank made my experience positive and dependable. Desiree Frank was a great service manager. She was competent, professional, and respectful. She was clear in her explanation of service and kept me updated on my progress. I appreciate the care and interest she took in managing my service. I would recommend her to others and ask for her help again. I felt I was in good hands. I will request her help at my next visit.
