Dealership Service Review
Although right now the dealership is under construction I was able to get my car serviced without a problem! I dealt directly with Amy Saletnik from the phone call all the way to the cashing out process! What surprised me is she recognized my voice right over the phone as she has helped me before! Amy made my appointment after going over all of the work I needed done and she was able to give me my total price including my coupons I used! She was there and came right over to me as I brought the car in. She showed me the waiting area and I felt it was a little tight in there and I was not so comfortable so she gave me a spot outside and a chair so I would feel more comfortable! I was so happy with that as it was nice out and I had my private space! During the staff working on my car she checked on me and kept me up to date on the process! When my car was finished she went over the paperwork with me and went over the recommendations that were made for future work! She walked me over to the check out area where I was to pay and welcomed me to come back to start addressing the things that need to be done! She has very great customer service and I will be returning to her directly every time I come back! She is very polite and knowledgeable about the cars!
