onDesiree Frank was my service advisor. She was very professional, friendly and highly competent. In addition to the annual inspection (original reason for the visit), Desiree and the service team advised of some other work that needed to be done, including a new battery. May not sound like much, but on a cold winter day that last thing I want is to be left with a car that will not start. Thank you very much Desiree and Service Team.
