Worst car buying experience ever!

With the shortage of new cars, this dealer is taking full advantage of the consumer!! They charge a $600 fee just because. They also force you to purchase a “Pro Pack”! $1000 for floor mats and splash guards supposedly they apply simonize glass coat. There is no negotiation on this, every vehicle that goes off their lot gets this or they dont sell to you! Its really an insurance policy that you purchase to remove stains that you cant get out. They promised a 2.3 percent interest rate, then when we got there to do the deal they said we didnt tell them about the balance on our vehicle so the rate would now be 2.8! On top of all that they kept writing up the deal and not including our $500 down payment that we paid by card. So in essence they wanted to steal our down payment. During the negotiation process the interim sales manager, Matthew kept telling us, we have had a thousand calls on this vehicle. If you dont take it, we will sell it before you are out of parking lot. Then they delivered it to me at my local DMV. Problem was they sent me to the wrong DMV! I really felt bad for the delivery person. She has to supply her own tools. They didnt teach her that there were fancy fasteners in glove box to attach plate to rear bumper. So we spent 11/2 hrs at 2 hardware stores and an autoparts store. Finally figured out we had fasteners all along. I was left with a 10 day inspection sticker and had to pay to hsve vehicle inspected. They also didnt leave me with a full tank of gas. I complained to salesman and he said he would look into it. Never heard back!

Hello Charlie, Were very sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the sales process. We try to very to hard to help on getting the car you were looking for and we do appreciate your business. However, we did let you know of the fee's upfront and yes the rate did change since your trade still had a balance on it. Also, as a curtesy we did provide a full tank of gas when we left to deliver you the vehicle and the paperwork was given to you with all the listed fee's.
