Dealership Sales Review
I recently purchased a pre-owned Tundra from Flagship of Lynnfield. Adriano was very helpful and courteous to us each time we stopped by. Without his attentiveness, I would not have purchased the truck from Flagship Unfortunately, the rest of the dealership experience was horrible. The finance department was extremely rude to both Adriano and myself as we went in to sign for the financing. The finance officer was complaining to me about the time she had to take working on my deal and several times in my 10 minute appointment made a call in front of me to someone telling them that this appointment was taking longer than she had planned. I was given the impression that they were not pleased that I was purchasing this vehicle, and that I was wasting their time. I almost walked out of the office, and had we not liked the vehicle as much as we did, I would have. The other disappointment was the long delay in getting our vehicle ready for pick up, and refusing to meet me or deliver the vehicle as promised. I purchased the Tundra on Dec 18, and they did not register it & have it ready for me to drive to pick it up until Jan 1. During that time, I also purchased another vehicle from a different dealer for my son, and was driving it the next day. That dealership demonstrated the professionalism and courtesy that made me wish I had not purchased my truck at Flagship.
