Sales Representative Roy Mazzrani was outstanding. Its not easy dealing with a Veteran with PTSD, and i must say, he dealt with me very well. Most people would take offence to my anger but he took things in stride, gave me space to vent, and handled things well. When i have an episode triggered its not fun, so thanks. He also showed myself and my wife the vehicles we wished to see and answered all our questions proving he is very knowledgeable at his job. He was easy to talk with and a pleasure to deal with. My daughter recently leased a vehicle and Roy was the sales representative, thats why we contacted him. My home is going to be paid off at the end of 2017 and I hope Roy is still a valued employee of yours because my wife will be getting a 2018 Nissan Pathfinder. My father told me many years ago that you don't survive in business from a casual customer, you flourish from repeat customers so treat them well.
